Born in Bale Robe, Ethiopia, I grew up in a close-knit community where culture, nature, and meaningful human connections shaped my perspective. Those early experiences became the foundation of my creativity and passion for storytelling.

My academic journey began at Robe Catholic Elementary School and continued at Robe Galema Preparatory School, where I developed discipline, curiosity, and a love for learning. A semester at Bahir Dar University immersed me in the rich heritage of Gojjam, deepening my appreciation for culture, history, and authentic storytelling.

Since moving to Addis Ababa, I've been pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing at St. Mary's University while building my professional career. I started at Donkey Tube Afaan Oromoo as a Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, and Video Editor before being promoted to Digital Manager. Along the way, I've contributed to The Greatness Show and Alive Podcast, helping brands grow through strategic content, digital marketing, and visual storytelling.

I was selected as the Videographer and Photographer for Baz Steel Industrial Co. during the Big 5 Construct Ethiopia and East Africa Infrastructure & Water Expo 2025. Covering an international event with over 180 exhibitors from 20+ countries marked a defining moment in my creative journey and strengthened my expertise in professional visual storytelling.

Today, I work at the intersection of digital strategy, creative design, and visual storytelling. As the founder of Wef Visuals, I help businesses and personal brands build meaningful connections through content, branding, social media, photography, videography, and marketing. Every project I take on is driven by creativity, strategy, and a commitment to creating work that leaves a lasting impact.
